An exceptional forest<\/strong><\/h4>\n

30 kilometers south-east of Le Mans and 30 minutes by car from the Castle of Montaupin, Berc\u00e9 National Forest, a vestige of the vast forest that covered the northern side of the Loire before the Roman occupation, was recognized as Royal Forest in the 14th century.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Made up of 57 % deciduous trees and 43 % conifers, covering 5,415 hectares, the forest of Berc\u00e9 is one of the most beautiful forests and oak reserves in France. <\/span><\/p>\n

A series of hiking, mountain biking, and cycle-tourist routes pass through it, allowing visitors to explore the massif as well as the villages and surrounding area.<\/span><\/p>\n

Take a walk, ride a horse, or ride a mountain bike along a path or trail to relax and enjoy the fresh air in this peaceful sanctuary that is the home of approximately 65 different bird species.<\/span><\/p>\n
